O Almighty God, Creator and Ruler of all things, whom the heaven of heavens cannot contain, and who yet dost condescend to give us the Spirit of adoption whereby we cry Abba, Father: Grant unto us thy children that we may ever rejoice in thy fatherly protection, and be bound one to another in brotherly love; that using the freedom of sons in all holiness and purity of life, we may grow up into him who is not ashamed to call us brethren, even thy Son Jesus Christ our Lord.
