Occasional Prayers

Merciful and gracious God, who didst deign to make Mary Magdalene the first witness and herald of the glorious resurrection of thy Son: Grant unto those who have fallen into the torment and captivity of sin to hear that wondrous voice of Jesus, which is able to subdue and cast out all evil passions; that there may be none without hope of mercy, or beyond help of grace; through the same Jesus Christ our Saviour.
