Occasional Prayers

Number us, O Lord, we beseech thee, among those whom thou hast chosen for thy friends; and grant that after the example of thy holy Apostle, the Son of Consolation, we may devote to thee all our possessions, and bring forth fruit in thy service; who with the Father and the Holy Spirit livest and reignest, one God, world without end.
