O Lord Christ, who didst cast out them that bought and sold in the temple at Jerusalem: Cleanse and sanctify thy Church, the living temple of thy Spirit, that it may be in very truth a house of prayer for all nations; and that the kingdoms of the world, which are divided one against the other, may become one kingdom of our God, united in thy service; for thy name’s sake.
