Occasional Prayers

O Lord Jesus Christ, who hast promised that where two or three are gathered together in thy name, there thou art in the midst of them: Fulfill to us now thy gracious word as we unite our hearts in this fellowship of prayer. Make us to know the joy of thy presence; teach us how to pray aright; and grant that all that we say and do may be acceptable in thy sight, O Lord our strength and our redeemer.
