The Church’s Year — Good Friday
O God our heavenly Father, help us never to forget what Jesus Christ has done for us. We remember especially at this time that he died for us to save us from sin, and that on Easter Day he rose again from the dead and is now alive for evermore. O God, we thank thee for all thy love, help us to love thee more; for Jesus Christ our Saviour’s sake.
