O God, our loving Father, we thank thee for all the blessings thou hast given us; for our life and health, for our homes and friends, for everything that is good and beautiful in the world; and above all for the gift of the Lord Jesus to be our Saviour and Friend. Help us to show forth our thankfulness to thee for all thy goodness by trying in everything to please thee; for Jesus Christ’s sake.
