O Lord Jesus Christ, who hast taught us that it is more blessed to give than to receive, and that to whomsoever much is given of him shall much be required: Pour into our hearts the spirit of thine own abundant generosity, and make us ready and eager to share with others what we ourselves have so richly and freely received; for the honour of thy name, who livest and reignest with the Father and the Holy Spirit, one God, world without end.
