O most merciful Father, who hast blessed the labours of the husbandman and brought us again to the season of harvest: Grant that we may not only receive thy gifts with thankfulness, but may also, as good stewards of thy bounty, use them to thy glory and share with others what we have so richly received; through Jesus Christ our Lord.
