We beseech thee, O Lord, to bless all those who, at thy call, have left possessions, parents, hope of house and children, and their own wills also, that they might take up the cross and follow thee in holy poverty, obedience, and chastity. Give them plentifully of thy grace, that, through the consecration of their lives and the power of their prayers, they may strengthen the Church and draw many to love and worship thee; through our Lord Jesus Christ.
