The Church at Home — A Diocesan Bishop
O God, the Pastor and Ruler of thy Church, look down in mercy on thy servant N., our bishop, to whom thou hast given charge over this diocese; and so direct and defend him by thy grace that he may, by word and good example, lead the flock committed to him into the ways of truth and love, holiness and peace; through him who is the good Shepherd, thy Son Jesus Christ our Lord.
