O God our Father, from whom cometh every good and perfect gift: Send thy blessing, we pray thee, upon the diocese of ——, upon thy servant N., its bishop, his clergy, and all his fellow workers; that by their teaching and example they may strengthen their brethren, promote the unity of the Church, and commend the gospel to all who have not known thy redeeming love; through thy Son Jesus Christ our Lord.
