Almighty God, our heavenly Father, who didst send thine only Son to redeem the world: Vouchsafe to thy Church at this time we beseech thee, a new responsiveness to thy call to proclaim to all men the everlasting gospel of thy grace. Forgive us for our past negligence in thy service, our lack of zeal, our little faith; and help us so to dedicate ourselves to thee that thy work may prosper in our hands, and thy name be hallowed in all the world; through Jesus Christ our Lord.
