Bestow, O Lord, thy heavenly grace upon all who are called to be fellow-workers with thee, that by them Christ may be lifted up in every land and all men be drawn to him. In times of loneliness and weariness cheer them with thy presence; in disappointment give them patience; in failure give them strength to persevere; and at all times deepen in them the sense of dependence upon thee, and give them peace in thy service; through Jesus Christ our Lord.
