O Lord Jesus Christ, who on the night before thy passion didst pray for the unity of thy people: Touch the hearts of all who believe in thee, that we may love one another, as thou didst command, and may realize our oneness in thee. Illuminate by thy Spirit the minds of those who seek to overcome the differences which divide us, so that we, growing in knowledge of thy truth and thy purpose, may indeed be knit together in one communion and fellowship within thy holy Church; who livest and reignest with the Father and the same Spirit, ever one God, world without end.
