Remember, O Lord, the aged and infirm, those who feel their life’s work is done and can no longer lend a helping hand where once they did; all who are passing through the valley of the shadows, that they may find that the risen Christ is with them, and that there is light at evening time; through the same Jesus Christ our Lord.
