We remember before thee, O God, the multitudes of refugees throughout the world, and all who are without homes and without hope. Show thyself to them in thy great compassion; save them from despair and bitterness of spirit; and graciously bless all that is being done for their present relief and their future security; for the sake of him who had not where to lay his head, thy Son Jesus Christ our Lord.
