Occasional Prayers

Almighty and most merciful God, let thy compassion be shown to all who suffer, and to all who are stricken with sorrow. Use us to comfort them as we are able, and what we cannot do for them, be pleased thyself to do; that in the mystery of thy love they may find peace and healing and faith; through Jesus Christ our Lord.
