Give them grace to enlighten the ignorant, to strengthen the weak-hearted, to comfort those who suffer, and to speak peace to the dying. So grant that in all their ministrations, in all their life and conversation, they may shepherd the men and women committed to their care, and advance the honour of our Saviour and his kingdom; through the same Jesus Christ our Lord.
