O Lord God, our Father, our Saviour, our might: We commend to thy keeping all those who are venturing their lives on our behalf; that, whether by life or by death, they may win for the whole world the fruits of their sacrifice, and a righteous and abiding peace; through Jesus Christ our Lord.
