Occasional Prayers

Almighty God, who art present in the highest heaven and in the deep places of the earth: Let thy protecting care be over all who work in the mines of our land, that they may be preserved in safety and in health; and grant that, knowing the dangers that beset them, they may ever take thought one for another, and be sustained by a sure trust in thee; through Jesus Christ our Lord.
