We pray thee, O Lord our God, for Christians from other lands who come to these shores, and especially for those who make their home among us. May their faith not be shaken by the irreligion of so many in this country, but grant that they may live as faithful followers of Jesus Christ, and be loyal members of the Church which is his body; through the same Jesus Christ our Lord.
