Occasional Prayers

Gracious God, who in your lavish mercy redeemed and restored us, so also empower us to embody this same Gospel generosity. Help us not to live in fearfulness or fixation on worldly wealth, but in peace and plentifulness for Christ and his Kingdom. We ask this in the name of the Father, whose generosity created and sustains us, the Son, who generously gave himself for us, and the Holy Spirit, who gives generously to empower us in this service. Amen.
